摘要
借助YD-6型多冲试验机,探讨了在58.8J能量重复冲击下20CrMnMo钢多冲下凹特性。结果表明,端面下田由残余变形、浅层剥落控制;剥落与残余变形有关;而再次剥落是端面下凹的主要因素。
This paper probos the falling characteristic of terminal face of 20CrMnMo steel samples by type YD-6 tester with energy of 58.8J.The results show that the impression value of terminal face is controlled by the remnant deformation and peeling off of shallow layer. Peeling off in connection with remnant deformation,but the repeated peeling off is the main factor that influences the impression value of terminal face.
