摘要
一般认为含有钼、钒的钢对回火脆性不敏感;本文则通过一系列的分析,证实了ZN261增压器涡轮盘(1Cr11MoV钢)冲击韧性(ak)不合格的原因是由于存在高温回火脆性所致,并提出了防止措施和挽救办法。
Generally,the steels containing Mo and V are not sensitive to temper brittleness.In this paper,the unqualified impact toughness of turbo disc(1Cr11MoV steel) of model ZN261 turbocharger is caused by high-temperature temper brittleness has been proved by a series of analyses;and some methods to solve this problem are also suggested.
