摘要
建立大鼠单次和反复全脑缺血模型,动态对比观察缺血总时间相等的单次和反复缺血及再灌流后大脑皮质LTC_4和cAMP含量变化及相应的病理改变,发现脑缺血及再灌早期,LTC_4和cAMP含量均明显增高,以反复缺血组显著;反复缺血组神经元损害显著重于单次缺血组。提示LTC_4和cAMP等有关的第二信使系统均可能参与反复性脑缺血神经元累积性损害。

(cAMP)contents and pathological changeswere observed during ischemia and reperfusion
period in rats either with a single 15 min ischemiaor with repeated three 5 min ischemia at
hourly in intervals.It was found that the cortical LTC_4and cAMP contents in the repeated
ischemic group were significantly higher than the control val-ues as well as single ischemic
group during ischemia and the early reperfusion.Meanwhile,thecortical neuronal damage in
repeated cerebral ischemia was more severe than a single ischemic in-sult.The present results
suggested that LTC_4 and cAMp-related second messenger systems mayparticipate in the
development of repeated cerebral ischemic neuronal comulative damage.
