电穿孔质粒DNA转染人膀胱癌细胞系的应用研究

摘要 本文报道了用电穿孔方法将质粒DNA导入人膀胱癌细胞的方法及效率,并对电穿孔过程中各参数与转化克隆形成率、细胞存活率以及某些与细胞转染有关的因素进行了研究与分析。 n this experiment we studied the method and its efficiency of transducing pliasmid DNA in-to human bladder carcinoma cell line using electroporation in vitro ,and described the relationshipamong electroporation parameters ,transfection efficiency and ceellular survival rate after electrro-poration. We also discussed some other questions correlating with electroporation efficiency.
