摘要
本文研究了用碱性染料孔雀绿和磷钼杂多酸在硫酸介质中形成3:1的绿色离子缔合物,在特殊表面活性剂聚乙烯醇存在下,在水相中直接光度法测定磷化溶液中的磷酸。最大吸收波长610nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.20×10~5,在0-1.9μg·mL^(-1)磷的范围内符合比尔定律。本法灵敏度高,简单快速,显色反应可立即完成,辅以一些专用工具,可在5分钟内得出测定结果,达到快速分析的要求。
Alkaline dye malachite green and phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid in sulfuric acid medium can form 3:1 green associated ions. It is used to photometrically determine the phosphoric acid content of phosphate solution in aqueous phase, in the presence of special surfactant polyvinyl alcohol. The maximium absorption wavelength is 610mm. The mole absorptance is 1.20×10~5. In the range of 0-1.9 μg. mL^(-1) phosphorus, it acts in line with Beer's Law. This method is simple and quick, its sensitivity is high, the color reaction can be completed at once, and if some special tools are provided, results could be got within 5 minutes, meeting the needs of high speed analysis.
