Adaptive Square-Root Kalman Filter(ASRKF)algorithm is described affect to correct spectralinterferences in ICP-AES.Some factors affect on ASRKF are investigated. The results show thatASRKF can eliminate spectral interference effectly.The ASRKF is better than the Normal KalmanFilter when the optimal filter parameters were empolyed.
