摘要
应用分光光度法研究了季铵盐型表面活性剂CPB、CTMAB以单分子及胶束形式与对硝基苯偶氮间苯二酚的显色反应。认为单分子或胶束与对硝基苯偶氮间苯二酚的反应均为离子综合机理,缔合比均为2:1,且造成对硝基苯偶氮间苯二酚的吸收光谱相同波数的红移,但形成胶束后εmax和对硝基苯偶氮间苯二酚的Ka2增加的更大。
The mechanism,characteristics and analyticalapplications of the chromogenic reactions of cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB)and cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTMAB)with(p-nitrophenyl-azo)-resorcinol(PNPAR)were investigated respectively. Bothsingle molecular and micellar surfactants could makethe same red shift in the absorption spectrum ofPNPAR, the association ratio with PNPAR being2:1.The influence of single molecular surfactant onpKa2, εmax of PNPAR was different from that ofthe micellar one.
