摘要
合成了4个5,8-二位双偶氮-8-氨基喹啉衍生物,它们是5-本基偶氮-8-(苯基偶氮氨基)喹啉(PAPAQ)、5-苯基偶氮-8-(4-羧基苯基偶氮氨基)喹啉(PACPAO)、5-苯基偶氮-8-(4-溴苯基偶氮氨基)喹啉(PABPAQ)、5-苯基偶氮-8-(4-硝基苯基偶氮氨基)喹啉(PANPAQ)。用光度法测定TPAPAQ和PACPAQ的酸离解常数。研究了它们与金属离子的光度和荧光性能。建立了一个光度法和一个荧光法测定铜的新方法。
Four derivatives of 5, 8-bisazo-aminoquinoline,i. e., 5-phenylazo-8-(phenyldiazoamido) quinoline (PAPAQ), 5-phenylazo-8-(4-carboxyphenyldiazoamido) quinoline (PACPAQ), 5-phenylazo-8-(4-bromophenyldiazoamido)quinoline(PABPAQ), 5-phenylazo 8-(4-nitrophenyldiazoamido) quinoline (PANPAQ), were synthesized. The acid dissociation constants of PAPAQ and PACPAQ were determined by spectrophotometric method. The colour and fluorescent reactions of the above four reagents with metal ions were investigated in detail. A new fluorimetric metod and a new spectrophotomtric method of determination for copper(Ⅱ) were established.
