摘要
考察了在碱性溶液中环氧丙烷与β－环糊精（β－ＣＤ）的反应，提出２－氧－（２－羟基丙基）－β－ＣＤ的一种简便而有效的制备方法，产率可达２１％。并详细报道了产物的纯化方法。
In this paper,a convenient and effeicient preparation method of 2-O-(2-hydroxypropyl)-β-CD is reported through examining the reaction of β-CD with propylene oxide in aqueous alkali solution,with an acceptable yield of 21%.The purification of the product is also reported in detail.
