摘要
本文用纯氮气、氢气及氮氢混合气以静态法和流动法分别研究了自行研制的复合不对称陶瓷膜的气体渗透性能,并获得了较适宜的涂膜次数及渗透工艺条件(温度、压差)对膜渗透性能的变化规律。作者对氮氢混合气流动体系中混合气流速、组成及吹扫气量对渗透性能的影响也进行了详细研究。
Gas permeation propertizs of asymmetrically composite ceramic membranes which were prepared by ourselves have been investigated with pure nitrogen, hydrogen and their mixture in this study.The appropriate number of casting membrane was obtained,also the law of permeation performance of membranes with operation condition of permeation(e. g.,temperature and pressure deference)was found.In addition,we had studied the effect of the velocity and composi tion of mixed gases of nitrogen and hydrogen and the amount of purge gas on the permeation per formance of membranes.
