摘要
采用不同混料方式在Co-01钴基自熔合金粉末基础上添加钼元素。研究了各种混料方式对混料后粉末形貌、混料成分均匀性以及复合粉的激光熔覆性能的影响,对适合于激光熔覆用复合粉末生产的混料方法进行了初步探讨。
The Powdered molybdenum was added to Co-based alloy by various ways and means ofpowder mixing. The effects of different powder mixing ways on powder morphology,the u-niformity of the ingredients and the performance of laser cladding are studied.The resultsshow that the ingredients uniformity is influenced by different types of mixer used and isclosely related to the mixing time. In the laser clad coating,the surface blowholes andmacroscopic crackings are increased if the medium is added during mixing. Dry milling is thebest way of preparing the composite powder for laser cladding.
