摘要 分析了铜管穿孔针的失效形式,报道了改进型马氏体热作模具钢HD2的主要力学性能及其在穿孔针上的应用。HD2钢因合理的合金化设计获得优良的强韧性,在相同的生产条件下,HD2钢制作的穿孔针使用寿命比3Cr2W8V钢的提高10倍以上。 The working conditions and forms of failure of the piercing rod of copper pipes are in-vestigated. The modified martensitic hot work tool steel type HD2 can meet the strict require-ments of the piercing rod for withstanding high temperature. high pressure, severe frictionand repeated rapid cycles of heating and cooling during copper pipe extrusion. A comparisonof the main mechanical properties of steel type HD2 with the type 3Cr2W8V and its applica- tion as the material for the piercing rod are reported.It is shown that the yield strength ofsteel HD2 at room temperature and 7 50℃ is 26.9%and 73.6%higher than that of3Cr2W8V,respectively and,at the same hardness level(HRC 42~43),the fracture tough-ness of steel HD2 is 61.7%higher than that of 3Cr2W8V. The service life of the piercingrodmade of steel HD2 is about 10 times longer than that of 3Cr2W8V under identical workingconditions.
