摘要
用EHF-EA10型电液伺服疲劳试验机研究了试样缺口处于拉-拉应力状态条件下,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料疲劳裂纹扩展da/dN+ΔK曲线;考察了化学成分变化及热处理对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响,观察了疲劳裂纹扩展区的断口形貌,对疲劳裂纹扩展机理进行了讨论。
The fatigue crack propagation curve da/dN-ΔK of Ti(C,N)-based cermet is studied un-der the condition of stress state of tension to tension with an electronic servo pulser fatiguetesting machine of type EHF-EA10.The experimental results show that the curve is a linearone if plotted on a sheet of logarithmic paper and it is well correlated with the famous Paris′equation,The effect of the variation in the chemical composition and heat treatment on thefatigue crack propagation is examined.The fracture morphology of the fatigue crack propa-gation zone has been observed and the fatigue crack propagation mechanism is discussed.Itis pointed out that the fatigue crack propagation is in effect the overall contribution of thebinder and the hard phases.
