摘要
论述了旋转分离器流场的特性,分析了一种描述流场运动的模型,在一定的简化条件下,针对分离器的流场,分别计算出了轴向运动速度和周向运动速度的通用表达式。在一个小型实验台上,用粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对其流场进行了测量。实验结果表明,与理论计算结果基本相符。
This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the flow field in a ro-tary classifier,A model developed for the movement of the flow field is described. Generalexpressions for calculating the axial and tangential velocities with respect to the flow field arederived under simplified conditions,Measurements of some parameters of the flow filed inthe classifier model have been carried out using a particle dynamic anemometer(PDA)on asmall-scale test bed.The influences of the air flow ratel rotation speed etc.On the flow fieldare discussed.It is shown that the experimental results agree fairly well with those of theo-retical calculation.
