摘要
采用自制的千瓦级曲轴激光热处理设备,对球墨铸铁曲轴进行了激光表面热处理,研究并探讨激光热处理的各种参数及曲轴表面状态对硬化深度、宽度、硬度、耐磨性及微观组织的影响,并给出一组较佳的工艺参数及试验结果。
An investigation on the surface heat treatment of a crankshaft made of s,g.cast ironhas been carried out with a home made 1 kW CO2 laser installation,The effects of the laserpower,scanning speed,defocused length and different coatings on the microhardness, wearresistance,depth and width of the hardened layer are studied and a set of suitable technologi-cal parameters obtained.With these parameters,the hardening depth achieved exceeds 0.4mm and the hardening width exceeds 3 mm,with an average microhardness of about HV1800(HRC 63). The maximum wear is only 0.02 mm after a 600 hour desk endurance teston an engine with a laser-treated crankshaft.
