摘要
研究了Si-Ba-RE-Ca-Mg复合精炼剂对1Cr18Ni19Ti不锈钢力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的作用,用优选法确定了精炼剂的最佳成分,分析了精炼剂各组元对非金属夹杂物的数量、大小、分布及形态的影响。发现Ba对提高耐腐蚀性最有效,RE次之;Mg对稳定不锈钢性能有特殊作用;Ca略微提高耐腐蚀性和延伸率。
The role of composite refining agent Si-Ba-RE-Ca-Mg in the improvement of the me-chanical and corrosion resisting properties of stainless steel type 1Cr18Ni19Ti is investigated.The optimal constituent of the refining agent is determined by the optimum seeking method.The influence of every component in the refining agent on the morphology,quantity,sizeand distribution of the non-metallic inclusions is discussed.Experimental results show thatBa is most effective in the improvement of corrosion resistance,with RE coming second. Therole of Mg is worth special mention in the stabilization of the mechanical and corrosion resist-ing properties but that of Ca is not obvious. The optimal composition is found to be:3%~8%of Ba,5%~8%of RE,3%~5%of Ca,0%~1.5%of Mg and the rest is Si.Thetreatment of 1Cr18Ni19Ti with such an agent gives a tensile strength of 30%higher,an elon-gation of 50%~100%higher and an impact toughness of 200%higher than those specifiedin national standards,and the corrosion resistance is comparable to the test results publishedby American Societv for Metals.
