摘要
应用紫外分光光度法对１０名喘息型慢性支气管炎伴有肺气肿、肺心病的老年患者一次口服氨茶喊２００ｍｇ后的药代动力学进行了研究。结果表明患者体内药物处呈一室模型，消除半衰期为１１．６０±４．１６ｈ，比文献［１］报道的健康老人的消除半衰期（Ｔ１／２）有明显延长。
Study on the pharmacokinetics of single 200mg oral dose of aminophylline in 10 asthmatiform chronic bronchitis patients with pneumonectasis and chronic pulmonary cardiopathic was made using UV-spectrophotometry.The results showed that the drug disposition reveled one compartment model,the elimination half-life(T1/2)was 11.60+4.16h. It was increase obivously compared with T1/2 of normal elderly men from published reports.
