摘要
本文描述了建立在校园网上的华南理工大学教学管理综合信息系统。论述了系统需求和功能，设计了系统信息平台、硬件平台和软件平台，实现了对学生的德智体综合测评的算法，按条件自动评选出三好学生和奖学金。使用证明，系统性能良好，达到了预期的结果。
This paper describe a Teaching & Learning Management integrated information System of SOuth China University of Technology based on campus network. It discuss the reguirement and function of system, design the information platform, hardware platform and software plaform of system, The system realize the algorithm of integraed testing and evaluation for students, So by means of practising the system, It prove the system function is good. It reach expectant goal.
