摘要
研究了采用计算机图象分析进行铁素体含量测定的方法,并对多种类型焊缝进行测定试验。研究结果表明,这种方法较传统的计点法及近年发展的扩展铁素体数法具有更大的优越性,它可以更迅速、更精确地测定铁素体含量,且重复性好.可为建立双相不锈钢铁素体含量标准化测定过程打下基础。另外,在测试过程中,还研究了规范参数对焊缝铁素体含量的影响.
A new method of determination of the fend contents of several types of duplexstainless steel welds by an computerized image analyser was developed in this paper. The results showed that this method can give fast, accurate and reproducible ferrite contentdetermination and is more advanced than the methods of point count and extended ferritenumber system and promise that this method could form the basis for a standard procedurefor rapid ferrite content determination in duplex stainless steels.The influence of heat input onferrite content was also investigated in this study.
