摘要
９ｌ个血样本的淋巴细胞体外培养，其近端着丝点染色体随体联合频率在老年组和老年前期组大于青少儿组；而在Ｄ，Ｇ组水平上随体联合形成的随机性在性别、年龄之间差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Random acrocentric
chromosme sattellite association(AA ) was studied through the de-termination of 9l blood samples
in vitro. The data revealed that the AA frequency of presenile group and old group were larger than
that of the young group, but random paticipationof AA was on level of D,G-group. There was no
significiant difference in AA random be-tween male and female or among different age groups.
