摘要
７２５例老年人纤维胃镜检查结果与非老年人进行了对照分析。结果表明：老年人上消化道慢性浅表性胃炎为最常见病，其次为十二指肠球部炎；其中慢性浅表性－萎缩性胃炎与上消化道恶性肿瘤检出率均显著高于非老年人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；发病率与年龄成正比。
astrointestinal fiberscope(GIF) examination results of 725 aged
people(≥60 years ofage)were summarized and analysed with the controls(<60 years).The
results showed thatthe most common disease of upper digestive tract in the aged was chronic
superficial gastri-tis. The cases of chronic superficial-atrophic gastritis and malignant tumor of
upper digestivetract were all significantly higher than that of the control(P<0. 01).The incidence
of thedisease was in direct ratio with one’s age,The location of gastric cancer of the aged
wasmostly the upper body of the stomach.
