摘要
根据3个已知遗传关系的水貂群体(品系)的DNA指纹资料,计算相互之间的遗传距离,结果表明,品系间遗传距离大小与其真实遗传关系吻合,印证了DNA指纹分析是研究水貂种群间遗传关系的有效方法。
This paper,by means of the DNA
fingerprinting data of three different minkpopulations(lines)with known genetic relationship
computes genetic distances between dif- ferent lines.The results obtained show that the degree
of genetic distances between differentlines exactly reflects their real genetic
relationships,demonstrating the effectiveness of DNAfingerprinting analysis in genetic
relationship studies for mink populations.
