摘要
取闽南地区牛、羊消化道常见的8种线虫幼虫,对它们进行了形态学观察及比较,以期提供用于生前诊断的参考资料。
We choosed the larvaes of te eigt common intes tinal nematodesin cattle and seepin soth Fujian.In vitro,the eggs embryonate and hatchinto the Ist-stage larvae(L1)which following two successive moults,trach the 3rd larval stage(L3).After observing and comparing theirdevelopment and morpholog.we proposed the reference material for viv-diagnosis.
