摘要
应用酶标SPA抑制染色法(PPAI)对RPV及相关各种样品进行了检测,并与HA/HI进行了比较。本法检测已知阳性粪便样品的效价比HA高3倍,检测RPV细胞培养物的效价比HA高5倍,能检出少至80.8ng/ml的病毒抗原。应用PPAI、HA/HI对来自不同地区251份可疑粪样的检测结果表明:PPAI平均检出率为69.7%,HA/HI平均检出率为46.6%。PPAI比HA/HI高23.1%,与HA/HI阳性符合率为91.67%。对ICHV、CDV、CCV、PPV等4朴对照病毒及大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌2种对照细菌不发生交叉反应。该法可在3h内报告结果。实验结果表明:PPAI用于检测貉细小病毒具有敏感性高、特异性强、快速简便等优点。
PPA inhibition staing(PPAI) is 4 times more sensitive than HA for detection of RPV in fecal Samples,5 times more Sensitive than HA for detection of RPV in cell samples.It can detect as little as 80.8 ng/ml of virus antigen.Of 251 fecal samples examined,the positive rates of PPAI and HA/HI were 69.7% and 46.6%,PPAI had a 100%correlation with HA/HI,and a 91.67% correlation with viral isolation test.
PPAI was specific for RPV without cross-reaction with infection IcHV,CDV,CCV,PPV,colibacillus and enteritis samonellae.It can show the result within 3 hours after reaching of samples.PPAI proved to be rapid, Sensitive,specific and easy-going.
