摘要
采用蛋鸡口服不同剂量Ge-132,观测其对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。150只35周龄蛋鸡随机抽样分成5组,在第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组日粮中分别添加4种不同剂量的Ge-132,对照组饲喂基础日粮,整个试验均在同一标准条件下进行。临床观察证实:本试验范围内的添加剂量对鸡体健康状态无任何影响。试验结果表明:Ge-132对蛋鸡的产蛋率、饲料利用率、料蛋比、蛋重、蛋白重、蛋黄重、蛋壳重均无明显的不良影响,并能不同程度地降低料蛋比和提高饲料报酬,本试验研究结果表明Ge-132作为微量元素饲料添加剂是可行的。
Carbosyethlgermanium sesquioxide(Ge - 132)were orally administration to hy-line laying hens in different doses to evaluate the influence of the organic compound on laying performance.Goup Ⅰ to Ⅳ were fed the diets containing 50,100,150,200mg/kg Ge-132 respectively,and control(Ⅴ)was fed the basal diet during 25 days,which were managed under the same conditions.The elinical observalions showed that the healthy status of hens was not adverely influences by the diets containing Ge -132 at dose of 50 - 200mg/kg The results of the study indicated that Ge-132 could not significantly affect the laying rate,feed availability, feed-egg ratio,egg weight,yolk weight and egg shell weight,but feed availability,feed-egg ratio,egg weight,yolk weight and egg shell weight,but feed-egg ratio ws slightly lowered at the dose 50mg/kg Ge-132,The results of this present research also indicated that Ge-132 might was used as feed additive in poultry and could notinfluence on the performance of laying hens.
