摘要
试验采用120只小鼠,每只感染116条脱囊幼虫。用于治疗的96只11、鼠分为4×4组,分别按旋毛虫的4个不同发育阶段分别1次肌肉注射30,50,75和100mg·kg ̄(-1)丙硫咪唑缓释注射剂,结果肠内脱囊期幼虫减少均为100%;肠内成虫减少率分别为79%,90.3%,94.3%和99.2%;移行期幼虫减少率分别为87.22%,89.94%,93.16%和95.24%;成囊期幼虫减少率分别为90.5%,94.48%,100%和94.18%。各治疗组与对照组比较均有极显著差异。试验结果表明,按30mg·kg ̄(-1)~100mg·kg ̄(-1)剂量给小鼠1次肌肉注射丙硫咪唑缓释注射剂,对各发育阶段的旋毛虫均有显著的杀虫效果。使用该制剂具有用药量小,疗效高,给药次数少,使用安全等优点。
this is a report of the treatment of infected mouse trichinosis by slow release al-bendazole injection. Each mouse was infected with 116 Larvae of Trichinella spirali Theinfected 96 mice for treatment were divided into 4 × 4 groups. Each group was treated in-tramuscularly with one dose of the drug at 1 hour, 3,12 and 30 days after the infection,bythe dosage of 30,50,75 and 100mg,kg ̄(-1) weight respectively. The mice were sacrificed andexamined on 6,6 , 35 and 50 days after the treatment respectively. Compared with the un-medicated infected controls, the encysted larvae reduction rates of the different dosageswere all 100%;And the adult worm reduction rates were79%,90.3%,94.3%and 9.2%respectively; the invasive iarvae reduction rates were 8.2%, 89.94%,93.16%and95.24%respectively;the encysted larvae reduction rates were 90.5%, 94.48%, 100%and94.18%respectively. They were significantly different from those of the control mice(P<0.01). These experimental results suggested that significant therapeutic efficacy againstTrichinella spiralis of different stages might be obtained intramuscularly with one dose of30~100mg·kg ̄(-1) weight of slow releasealbendazole injection. This preparation has theadvantages of small amount of dosage,better the therapeutic efficacy , low frequency ofdosages and reliability of application。
