摘要
烟草叶片可以迅速吸收外源 ̄3H-腐胺(Put),其吸收速率与浓度呈正比;光照能促进Put的吸收;烟株上部叶吸收Put能力较中、下部叶大;给烟株任一部位叶片饲喂 ̄3H-Put,6h后其可传递至烟株各部位叶,48h后以上部叶积累 ̄3H-Put量为最高。Put在植株叶片间运转可通过木质部与韧皮部2种途径。
The rapid uptake and fast transportation of  ̄3H-putrescine( ̄3H-Put)in tobaccoplants were proved in the present studies. The uptake occurred in a short time efter  ̄3H-Putapplication to the discs and changed with different  ̄3H-Put concentrations,leaf positionsand light-dark condition  ̄3H-Put could transport upwards or downwards in tobacco plantsbut mainly upwards. The transportation occurred in pholem and xylem simultanously.Theupward transportation was mainly through xylem while the downward transportationthrough phloem.
