摘要
低氧(营养液通入95%N2+5%CO2)可收缩离体猪冠状动脉。氧化氮(NO)供体SIN—10.1、1和10μmol·L-1可浓度依赖性地抑制低氧收缩作用。钙通道阻断剂维拉帕米(Verapamil)0.1和1μmol·L-1亦可浓度依赖性地抑制低氧收缩离体猪冠脉的作用。
Hypoxia (K-H solution aired with 95 %N2+5 %CO2) could induce the contraction of the isolated pig coronary artery. 3- morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1), a donor of nitric oxide 0.1, 1 and 10 μmol. L-1, inhibited the hypoxia-induced contraction in a concentration-dependent manner. Verapamil, a calcium antagonist 0. 1 and 1 pmol-1 could also decrease the hypoxia-induced contraction of the isolated pig coronary artery in dose-dependent manner.
