介绍了风机变频调速节电的原理及石家庄钢铁厂炼钢除尘风机应用变频调速节电的实际效果，指出了推广该项技术的重大意义。
The principle of energy-saving of frequency converter device and its application to steel-making in Shijiazhuang iron and Steel Plant are introduced. The great significance of spreading this technique is stressed.
