摘要
采用ＮＢＴ（氮兰四唑）光还原法［１］测定过氧化氨酶（ＣＡＴ）存在下对超氧化物歧化酶清除Ｏ２自由基的影响．结果表明过氧化氢酶对超氧化物歧化酶催化Ｏ２＋Ｏ２＋２Ｈ＋ＳＯＤ→Ｈ２Ｏ２＋Ｏ２的反应活性增强．
In this paper we determined the effects of SOD scavenging O2 as CAT existing by the method of photoreducing NBT(nitro bule tetrazolium) and we did a set of disturbing experiments. The conclusions of the experiments show that the catalytic effects of SOD oil the reaction O2 +O2 + 2H→H2O2 +O2 are somehow increased as CAT exist and CAT have protective effect on SOD.
