摘要
综述了尼龙46纤维的制造、性能及工业应用情况。通过对尼龙46及尼龙6,尼龙66的性能进行比较发现,由于尼龙46熔点比尼龙66、尼龙6分别高出28℃和67℃,结晶度也高很多,因而尼龙46纤维的高温热机械性能大为改善,在许多工业应用领域可以得到发展。
The manufacture,properties and industrial applications of nylon 46 fiber were reviewed in this paper. By means of comparing the properties of nylon 46,nylon 6 and nylon 66,it can be found that the thermal me-chanical properties of nylon 46 fiber have improved a lot owing to its high crystallinity and high melting point,which is 28℃and 67℃higher than that of nylon 6 and nylon 66 respectively,therefore it can be wide-ly used in many industrial application fields.
