摘要
论述了准绝热型热解石墨吸收剂量量热计及其测量系统的设计和实验研究。量热计吸收体和外壳出具有各向异性特性的热解石墨构成,并利用石墨自身作为加热电阻器建立电加热校验和模拟单元,温升的理论值与实测值之比为1.008,重复性标准偏差为0.6%,在能量0、5-3.0MeV和剂量1-5×102kGy范围内测量电子束吸收剂量的总不确定度为±2.7%(K=2)。用该量热计校准粉末型丙氨酸/ESR剂量计和三种薄膜剂量计,建立了标准量值传递系统。对温升曲线的钝化、热平衡、量热比值的测量和误差等进行了讨论。
The design and experiments of an absorbed dose calorimeter in quasi-adiabatic mode of operation and its measuring system are described. The absoption disk and outer shell of the calorimeter are made of anisotropic pyrolytic graphite. The graphite itself is used as heating resistor of the electrical heating unit, for the purpose of check and simulation. The ratio of calculated value and experimental value for temperature rising is 1.008. The standard deviation is less than 0.6%. The total uncertainty of absorbed dose determination. with the graphite calorimeter approximetes to 2.7% (K=2) for the 0.5-3.0MeV electron beam in the dose range of 1-5×102kGy. The powder alanine/ESR dosimeter and plastic thin-film dosimeter can, be calibrated by the calorimeter. The passivation of temperature rising curve,heat equilibrium, measurement of calorimetric ratio and its error are also discussed in this paper.
