摘要
就3.5%Ni钢的供货状态、热处理制度、焊接线能量和返修次数对低温韧性的影响作了深入分析及验证.在此基础上,从强度和韧性两方面评定了3.5%Ni钢低温脱甲烷塔经大量返修并运行10年后的安全性,为其继续运行提供了依据.
Analysis and investigation are carried out to 3. 5 % Ni steel for the effects of supply condition, heat treatment, heat input and repair welding times on its low temperature toughness. The tower safety in service is assessed based on elastic - plastic toughness COD procedure as defects in weld are found out during inservice inspection. The results of the assessment show that after repair welding and ten year use the tower is still keep safety position for the future operation.
