摘要
利用低压舱对大鼠进行急性低气压重度缺氧实验,模拟升空至7500m高度,停留30min,出舱后立即收集各种样本,用放射免疫法测定内皮素含量,分别与无缺氧的对照组大鼠比较.发现实验组血浆内皮素较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而其肺、左房心肌和丘脑组织中内皮素较对同组显著降低(均P<0.01).提示重度缺氧使大鼠体内的内皮素合成、释放和代谢过程发生了障碍,这种心血管内分泌功能失调可能在缺氧性机体损害过程中有重要作用.
the concentration of endothelin was messured by radioimmunoassay in rats after cute low atmospheric pressure hypoxia for 30 min (simulated flight altiduoe 7500 meters, 36.974kPa). Compared with the cotronls we found that the plasma endothelin of the subjects was in-cresed markedly (P<0.01),but the endothelin in the lungs, in the right atrial myocardium,and in the ectocinerea was decreased significatly (P<0.01). The results suggested that the synthesis,release and inetabolism of endothelin in the subjects were seriously disturbed which may be thecause of significant bypoxic damage to the body.
