摘要
介绍了一种预测设计型刀片槽型专家系统的配置和总体结构，并对开发环境中开发工具的选择、推理机制、知识获取等给出了实现的方法．该系统可以利用己有专家的经验和知识，自动设计刀片槽型，并对切削过程中切屑折断的范围和过程进行预测．
This paper intiduces the system disposition and the overall stnrcture of theslot mode of blade expert system，gives the realizing method of several sides in the devel-oping environment：the selection of the developing tools，inference mechanism andknowledge acquisition. With the existed expert experience and knowlege，this systemcan design the slot mode of blade automatically and Can predict the range and thecourse of the chip breaking during cutting.
