摘要
本文从分析劣化元件，定义劣化随机变量及其分类，运用劣化元件可靠性特征的估计及其对指数分布的收敛性，着手建立了电机寿命分布数学模型一指数分布。最后给出基于指数分布对批量小型电动机可靠度评估的实例。
In this paper a mathematical model of the life distribution for electric machine is pro-posed in order to predit the reliability of machine.At first,the concept of deteriorating ran-dom variables is introdutal and the lower bound of reliability of the dcteriorating elementis gien; then by considering the electric machine as a deterioating element,its mathematical model of life distribution is comstructed.Finally an example to show the reliability of small electric machine is given.
