摘要
本文介绍了一种在胜利油田单家寺地区成功使用的新型无固相扩孔-携砂液配方。室内和现场试验证明,该配方具有配制方便、性能稳定、护壁性强、携砂比大、可泵性好、抗污染能力强等优点,适用于管外砾石充填防砂工艺,施工中能避免杂质及稠油对筛缝的堵塞,保证填砂施工的顺利进行。
This paper introduces a new solid free hole-enlarging/sand-carrying fluid formulation which consists of PAC-141,HEC,low viscosity CMC,and KOH in formation water.The results of laboratory experiments and field tests show that this readily compoundable and well pumpable formulation provides strong protection of the hole wall,carries large amount of sand while its properties and performance are less affected by various contaminations. It works well in sand controlling process by gravel filling outside the pipe,preventing the screen seam from invasion of mechanical impurities and high-viscous oils.The formulation is developed specially for use in Shanjiasi,Shengli Oil Field.
