摘要
本文介绍了马惠宁管输原油添加流动改进剂(C-8361、C-8806)的室内与现场试验情况。试验表明,采用热处理和添加流动改进剂综合技术,可改善原油的低温流变性,使马惠宁管道实现原油的常温输送,产生良好的技术经济效益。
This paper introduces the results of field test on transporting crude oil by Maling- Huianbao-Zhongning Pipelines (Section M-H 164 km long and 325mm in diameter and Section H-N 106 km long and 377mm in diameter).The flow improvers used are Exxon's C8361 and C8806 in ratio 1:1 at levels 50 and 100 ppm.The field test is performed very suscessfully and shown to be beneficial when both heating and chemical treating processes are applied.
