摘要
本文观察了栽培大豆（Ｇｌｙｃｉｎｅｍａｘ）、绥农４号、黑农２６号、黑河３号、东农４号、东农３３号、６２９６—３六个品种的花粉母细胞减数分裂中染色体的行为和形态。观察结果表明：这六个品种均为二倍体，花粉母细胞在减数分裂终变期和中期工观察到２０个二价体，对不同品种栽培大豆染色体的行为进行了比较分析，绘制出了染色体亲和力曲线。测定了绥农４号和６２９６－３两个品种的染色体长度，染色体总长度，绥农４号为４３．８２μ，６２９６－３为４８．１１μ，平均长度绥农４号为２．１９μ，６２９６－３为２．４１μ。
Chromosome morphology and behaviour during meiosis of PMC in Glycine maxL. merrill , 'Suinong4', 'Heinong26', 'Heihe3', 'Dongnong4' 'Dongnong3 3 .'.'6296 - 3' 'were observed by squashed preparation technique. Results observed indieated that all the six races were normal diploids. During meiosis a diakinesis 20 bivalentshad been observed. Through prepared different races,' drawed the genome affinitycurves, and determined 'Suinong 4' and '6296 - 3' chromosomes length.Total chromosome length is 'Suinong 4' 43.82μ, '6292 - 6 - 3' 48. 11μ. per PMC, the mean chromosome length is 'Suinong 4' 2. 19n, '6296 - 3' 2. 14μ.
