摘要
血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)是一种锌金属肽酶(zinc metallopetidase),在血管生理学中起重要作用,主要涉及肾素-血管紧张素和血管舒缓素-激肽,其底物为血管紧张素Ⅰ和缓激肽。
