冠状动脉侧支循环的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 当冠状动脉狭窄时,相关的冠状动脉的侧支血管明显增长并提供替代血流。良好的侧支血管具有收缩、舒张功能,很大程度上影响着缺血心肌的血液供应,对心脏结构和功能起到一定的保护作用。
