摘要
本文从总体上讨论了城市水文效应及城市水环境问题。并结合我国国情，强调了城市人的活动，尤其是工业化对水循环，水量平衡要素及水文情势的影响及反馈。并将此问题置于喀斯特环境中予以论证。
This paper, combining with the condition of our country, emphasising the activities of the people in cities,and especially the affected water cycle, elements of water ballence and hydrologic condition by industrilization and its reflection, generally discusses the problems of urban hydrologic effects and environmental hydrology and expounds the problems in the environment of karst.
