摘要
通过苯—乙醇—水体系汽液和液液相平衡综合分析研究,对乙醇脱水恒沸蒸馏生产过程中原料处理、流程组织、进料和馏出物板位置确定、分层回流温度等一系列的问题进行了探讨,对生产、设计的改善有一定的参考价值。
Under comprehensive investigation of vapor-liquid and liquid-liquid phase equilibriums of benzen -ethanol-water system, a series of problems are discussed with raw materials treatment, process arrangement, the position of feed and distillation plates, the temperature of distillate dividing layer etc. These conclusions have a definite reference value to improve design and production.
