摘要
用恒电位扫描法(LSV)研究了八类Ti基合金阳极[纯Ti,Ti—Ni,T—Mn(涂层),Ti—Mn(合金),ti—C,Ti—B,Ti—Ni—Mo,Ti—Ni—Mo—Ar]分别在40%H_2SO_4(aq)及IM MnSO_4—0.75M H_2SO_4(aq)中的钝化行为,得到16组∮~i数据,从实验结果阐明了EMD工业中所用纯Ti阳极钝化现象的机理及Ti基合金阳极优于纯Ti阳极的依据。
Passive behavior of the Pure Ti—Anode and 7—Clasification Ti—Basi—Allowy Anode (Ti—Ni,Ti—Mn (Ⅰ. eating), Ti—Mn(Ⅱ. Allowy), Ti—C, ti—B, ti—Ni—o, Ti—Ni—Mo—Ar)in the 40%H_2SO_4 (aq) and the 1M MnSO_4—0.75M H_2SO_4solution respecfivey has been studied by the Controed potential Sweeping meyhods. The Data of 16 classificationφ~i has obtained. The passive mechanism of Pure Ti—Anode in The EMD industry and reason for the ti—Basi—Alowy Anode is superior pure Ti—Anode by the experimental data has been explained.
