摘要
观察中华猕猴桃(Actinidia Chinese Plench ACP),原汁对 H_2O_2。所致溶血和膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)产生水平的影响。同时用维生素 C(VC)作阳性实验对照。结果发现:抗 H_2O_2的溶血作用 ACP 原汁较 VC 强,ACP 还有抑制 H_2O_2所致膜脂质过氧化产物 MDA 产生水平的作用。文中对ACP 抗氧化作用的机制进行了讨论。
Samples of erthrocytes of the mice treated with H_2O_2 in vitro,and the anti-lipid-peroxidatieod ef- fect of the Actindia Chinese Plench were studied.Take positive control with Vitamin C.The result showed:that the Actinidia Chinese Plench exhibited effects to prevent hemolysis and toinhibit lipid peroxidation of the erythocyte membrane by H_2O_2 and reduce the production of MDA Vitamin C exhibited effect to prevent hemolysis by H_2O_2.Vitamin C did not exhibit effect to reduce the prodctions of MDA by H_2O_2.The anti-oxidation mechanism of ACP is probably that there is a self-coord- inationsystem of ACP.It is necessary for us to do meet reserch.
