摘要
作者着重介绍了一种实用的用于离子电泳电流注入的可控恒流源系统。可控恒流源基于镜象恒流源原理。系统采用直流倍压器产生的高压代替市售高压电源。文中还介绍使用可控恒流源实现恒流、恒压刺激和电流注入的方法。
A practical system of controllable constant current is introduced. It is based on the principal of mirror constant current source. System uses high voltage generated by its own DC─Voltage multiplier instead of commercial high voltage supply. The method of using constant current stimulus,constant voltage stimulus and micronophoresis is also described.
