摘要
广西金牙难处理金矿采用氧化焙烧─氰化工艺使金品位6.12g/t的矿样浸金率达到82.90%。试验条件为:焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间3h,磨矿细度-320目占84.6%,矿浆液固比2:1,氰化钠用量1kg/t,氧化钙用量4kg/t,氰化时间18h,矿浆pH=11~12。
The properties of Jinya gold ore in Guangxi province was brief-ly described.A experimental results were obtained with a gold cyaniding recovery of 82.90%by using the process including roasting in air and cyanidation leaching of the title ore containing gold 6.12g/t.The follow-ing conditions proved to be optimum for the treatment of rude ore:roasting temperature 650℃,roasting time 3 hours,milling size-0.050mm 84.6%,ratio of water to ore in the leaching stage 2:1,NaCN 1kg/t,CaO 4 kg/t,cyaniding time 18 hours,and pH = 11~12 in the cyanidation leaching.
