摘要
对摆线针轮行星传动机构进行演化,可根据演化所得机构列出行星摆线齿轮共轭齿廓方程式,然后再通过演化所得机构进行范成运动的分析,从中获得一种新式的行星摆线齿轮加工机床的机构运动简图,同时亦展示了滚切节圆半径与齿形和齿数间的关系。
Based on the mechanism obtained by evolving the planetary drives of cycloidal needle wheel,conjugate rack equations of planetary cycloid gear are set out. And through analysis of envelop motion to mechahism obtained by evolution,mechanism motion diagram of cutting machine tool for a new-style planetary cycloid gear is obtained, and relations between the number of tooth,tooth profile and the radius of pitch circle are showed in this paper.
