摘要
本文介绍了采用减少煤粉用量、添加适量Fe_2O_3的方法来解决某灯头厂灯头玻璃因硫碳着色引入的煤粉使玻璃中的PhO还原成金属铅而产生的铅渣问题的方法和结果,并根据对玻璃中可能进行的各个氧化还原反应的反应标准自由焓计算结果,阐明采取这些措施的热力学原理。
This paper introduces the method and result of solving the lead slag problem resulted from the reduction ofPbO into metal Pb caused by carbon-sulfur coloring of lamp-holder glass with coal powder.The measures in-clude reducing the amount of coal powder and adding a proper amount of Fe_2O_3. The paper also explains thethermodynamic fundamentals of these measures.
