摘要
聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析结果表明，剧烈运动后，家兔血液中乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶谱有明显变化，其中ＬＤＨ２，ＬＤＨ３两条酶带的活力显著升高．说明这两条酶带的酶与剧烈运动后加快血乳酸的消除有关．
Using the methods of DAGA analysis,this article.study the influence of strenuous exercises on changs of rabbit blood LDH isoenzyme.Result show that,after strenuous exercises,there is an obvious change in LDH isoenzyme chart.The enzyme activities of two bands(LDH2,LDH3) increase shrply,indicating that the changes of these two bands have a relation to the acceleration of lactate elimination in blood after strenuous exercises.
